Our authentic “fior di latte” mozzarella is soft and creamy with a light golden colour on cooking. It is made from our fresh Scottish pasteurised milk on the family farm in East Lothian. It is a clean tasting cheese with the perfect stretch for superior pizza. The freshness of the milk is very important in making our mozzarella - not just in terms of the yield achieved but also in the quality of the curd.
We offer a 3-day return policy on most items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.
