Responsibilities:

• Floor operation monitoring করা

• Sales team supervise করা

• Product display ও stock management নিশ্চিত করা

• Customer service quality maintain করা

• Daily sales report ও staff coordination করা

Requirements:

• ন্যূনতম Bachelor degree

• Retail / Super Shop এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

• Leadership ও management skill থাকতে হবে
